Hojicha (焙じ茶) is a style of roasted Japanese green tea that originated from Kyoto. After steaming, the leaves are roasted to mellow bitterness and develop its unique nutty, roasty aroma. The process browns the tea, giving it an alluring chestnut-brown color.
Made into a 53% milk chocolate using Ugandan Semuliki Forest organic cacao, the flavor is warm and comforting with a creamy texture.
