Figs in port are a timeless classic, to which Zotter has added the delicate taste of maple sugar. They begin with a Portuguese Reserve Ruby Port by Romariz, which has an extremely fruity flavor as it has been matured in oak barrels. They infuse the port into a creamy, dark port ganache, and add bits of fig that have been marinated in port for a fruity and crunchy surprise. This delectable craft chocolate bar is covered in 70% dark chocolate and sweetened only with maple sugar!
