It’s dipped in milk chocolate with a 60% cacao content. Created following the traditional recipe of Zotter’s very first cheese chocolate – Julia Zotter’s favorite chocolate when she was little, a chocolate she ate in astonishing quantities even though she generally did not care for cheese unless it came in chocolate form.
