Agua Escondida, Mexico, 70%
While the fertile floodplains of Chi Tampa produce much of Mexico’s cacao, we’ve discovered something rather special. Agua Escondido, “hidden waters“ began as a small 2-ha farm and now brings together cacao from a close-knit collection of neighboring growers. The result is a delightfully delectable discovery in itself.
