The Japanese black sesame paste is crafted by Wadaman, a renowned, Osaka-based, fifth-generation sesame roaster operating since 1883, specializing in premium, organic-certified white, black, and golden sesame products. Master roaster Etsuji Wada uses a traditional 3-step, low-high-low heat process to create a distinct, aromatic, and crispy texture, widely considered the best in Japan.
