With more than 145 years' worth of history, Venchi began in 1878 when Silviano Venchi, a 20-year-old man, spent all his savings on two bronze cauldrons and started experimenting with chocolate in a small shop in Turin, Italy. His experiments paid off and he became the owner of "the most elegant chocolate shop in Piedmont" and "Purveyor to the Royal Household" Generations later, Venchi has over 250 chocolate recipes to its name and is sold in more than 180 stores in 70 countries worldwide.
