Ritual Chocolate

Ritual Chocolate began in a tiny 400-square-foot studio turned test kitchen in the Rocky Mountains of Colorado – filled to the brim with the aroma of cacao, and surrounded by self-built equipment (like a chicken rotisserie oven converted into a cacao bean drum). They now have a factory in Park City, Utah, where their hearts still beat for cacao, and they continue to learn to craft the highest quality and smoothest chocolate possible.
