Philippe Beaulieu grew up in Provence surrounded by the scents of lavender, citrus, and warm chocolate from his grandmother’s kitchen. He trained at France’s most renowned culinary and chocolate schools and launched Philippe Beaulieu Chocolatier in 2023. His chocolates are made exclusively with single origin, organic, ethically sourced Ecuadorian cacao, natural ingredients, and are free from additives or preservatives. Every inclusion is prepared in-house, allowing them to control every layer of flavor and texture with the utmost care. All their creations are made with Fino de Aroma cacao, a rare and prized variety Ecuadorian variety, known for its delicate floral and fruity notes, and recognized among the top 8% of the world’s cacao.
