Born in the heart of Provence, Philippe Beaulieu grew up surrounded by the scents of lavender, citrus, and warm chocolate from his grandmother’s kitchen. His passion led him to train in France’s most renowned culinary and chocolate schools, where he refined a style rooted in purity, nature, and French elegance. In 2023, Philippe partnered with a team of passionate tastemakers in the United States to bring his vision across the Atlantic. Together, they launched Philippe Beaulieu Chocolatier in Miami—a collection of natural, high-end chocolate products that reflect his timeless savoir-faire and a fresh spirit of innovation.
Phillipe Beaulieu chocolates are made exclusively with single origin, organic, and ethically sourced Ecuadorian cacao, selected for its rich aromatic profile and exceptional quality. They work only with natural ingredients, free from additives or preservatives, to let the cacao and their craft speak for themselves. Every inclusion—from roasted nuts to candied fruits—is prepared in-house, allowing them to control every layer of flavor and texture with the utmost care. All of their creations are made with Fino de Aroma cacao—a rare and prized variety grown in Ecuador, known for its delicate floral and fruity notes, and recognized among the top 8% of the world’s cacao.
