This 70% dark craft chocolate bar is made with two different Brazilian cacao beans. One side is made with cacao from the Amazon and is chocolatey, cocoa, and brownie. The other half is cacao from Bahia and is bright, citrus, and creamy. The name Two Rivers: Rio Negro + Rio Solimões comes from Arcelia's boat ride on the Amazon River. There is an intersection where these two rivers meet and run separately for miles until they merge to become the Amazon River, the strongest river in the world.
