Tyles is a yogi who loves to sail, travel, eat good food, and surround himself with amazing, inspiring people. On a trip sailing slowly down the Windward Island chain in the Caribbean, he tasted real chocolate for the first time. The chocolate realized by Mott Green at the Grenada Chocolate Company left a lasting impact on him. As he learned the bean-to-bar craft, he spent hours talking about his vision of the company. He longed for "simpler times" when things were made by hand, families worked together, and stores/restaurants were a place to connect with community, which led to the company's name: Nostalgia Chocolates. Tyler makes chocolate that is ethically and sustainably sourced and supports the farmers in the origins where the beans are grown.
