Nomé was born in Panama with a single mission: to celebrate the country's extraordinary cacao and support the small producers who grow it. Every bar is crafted bean-to-bar, with direct partnerships, fair compensation, and sustainable practices that protect Panama's rich biodiversity.
What makes Nomé distinctive is their approach to sourcing. Rather than drawing from a single farm, they work with multiple farming communities across the country The result is chocolate with a consistency and complexity that no single origin could achieve, while still honoring the individuality of each farm and the people behind it.
When you taste Nomé, you taste more than chocolate. You taste community, heritage, and a deep respect for the land.
