A French Chocolate manufacturer since 1948, three generations of the Cluizel family have grown up amidst the rich aromas of French chocolate. Their cocoa beans are fermented with a skillfully controlled technique on the same farm where they are planted and harvested. They are then shipped to the Cluizel manufacturing facility in Normandy, France, where they are one of the few chocolate makers in the world to master the process of transforming the beans, first into a paste, and then into dark, milk or white chocolate. They also create the recipes for all of their fillings and hand make their 100% natural decorations with the help of their skilled confectioners and chocolate makers who help carry on the family legacy.
