Lucid Chocolatier

Having had a passion for the culinary world since the age of seven, Johnty Tatham's career has taken him from fine dining, to patisserie specialist, and, finally, to chocolatier. He launched Lucid Chocolatier in 2020 selling a range of six bean-to-bar chocolate bars. With an equal dedication to the visual arts, Johnty has infused his passion for design and painting into his chocolate and won multiple independent awards, positioning him as one of the most successful chocolate makers in New Zealand.
