Silvia Guédez is a professional taster, master chocolatier and the creator of Levêlez Chocolate. Her story began in Ecuador, where she founded Silvia Guédez Chocolatier. Years later, upon arriving in Mexico, she continued her journey in Villahermosa, where Levêlez Chocolate was born. Working with six different origins of cacao, primarily from Tabasco, she and her husband, Rubén Suárez, have created bean-to-bar brand that honors Mexican cacao from its origin.
