Heritage Chocolate

Launched in 2021 and developed over three years, Valéry and Jean-Pierre Bolonotto returned to chocolate making after fourteen years, as their father Pietro Bolonotto had done decades earlier. This time, the two brothers are dedicated to creating fine-tasting chocolates using the finest organic cacao beans from different regions of the Dominican Republic, highlighting the qualities and organoleptic properties unique to each growing area and the know-how of producers dedicated to cultivating and processing exceptional cacao.
