Gislaine Gallette, an electrical engineer with a passion for chocolate, left her career in finance to pursue her dream. In 2011, she founded Gallette Chocolates, combining her passion for cocoa with the belief that a business should be built sustainably. In 2016, Gallette adopted the bean-to-bar model using Brazilian cocoa and in 2018, Hamilton, Gislaine's husband helped expand the business, both within and outside of Brazil. Today, Gallette is synonymous with innovation and quality, having won 27 awards over 13 years, and is very proud of its work because everything it does is for a tastier and fairer world.
