It all started when Dahlia walked onto her porch and asked Bryan, "Hey, what's up? What are you doing with a bowl of nibs and a hair dryer?" He explained that he was winnowing the husks away to make chocolate, using only a lentil grinder from India. Now, they're more than 8 years into their business, and constantly evolving to put out chocolate bars and confections that they are proud to share. All for the love of chocolate.

Fruition travels to cocoa producing regions 20 degrees north and 20 degrees south of the equator to scope out quality farms and to ensure that they are working with places that employ organic and Fair Trade or Direct Trade practices.
