This unique chocolate is made with Vietnamese cacao sourced by Truong Minh Thang of TBROS Chocolate, who buys whole cocoa pods from farmers and ferments and dries them himself, resulting in a distinctive and award winning cacao. We’ve lightly roasted these beans to bring out creamy blackberry and balsamic flavors. This is not your typical bitter dark chocolate!
