To craft this bar, Coracao grinds down whole tart cherries into molten chocolate using artisanal stone grinders until the texture is lusciously smooth and indistinguishable from our single origin Ecuadorian dark chocolate base. To compliment the bright and fruity flavor of fresh, real cherries, they add a few drops of almond oil, the traditional flavoring of European confectionery delights like marzipan and almond cakes.
