After studying chocolate making with Dandelion Chocolate, he refined his technique, creating the smooth, sophisticated flavors of Choco Del Mar. At Choco Del Mar, the mission is to bring a taste of coastal California to every bite of their chocolate. They craft small-batch bars using a blend of carefully selected cacao beans, including those from the Andean region, and top-notch, ethically sourced ingredients.
