It all began in 1949: following the example of his father, a retail confectioner, Rodolphe Carlier decided to embark upon a career in manufacturing nougat, a market relatively lacking in competition compared to other confectionery sectors.
Carlier’s Nougat is made only from natural ingredients and has no preservatives in any of its delicious flavors. Carlier prioritizes ethical sourcing, ensuring their nougat is as upstanding as it is delicious and then each nougat is meticulously crafted to ensure superior taste and aesthetic appeal.
