Cárdenas Chocolate believes in heritage. They search for provenance and connect with their Ecuadorian origins in all they do, taking historic elements and projecting them into the future. They produce small and micro-batches from selected cacao trees and are committed to preserving and protecting the environment. They work directly with local communities of cacao producers, craftsmen, and artisans from four regions of Ecuador. Susana's aim is to show us the beauty of cacao and create the ultimate chocolate experience for chocolate connoisseurs.
