Allo Simonne was born in a Montreal apartment because of Quentin's obsession with making a truly authentic spread: without any added oils, shortcuts, or compromises. After winning 2 silvers and a gold at the International Chocolate Awards, he knew that the business was meant to be. Naming it after his grandmother, who inspired him with her love of food, Quentin and Vincent make innovative, healthy, and unique chocolates that are also suitable for diabetics, vegans, and those with peanut allergies.
