20/20 chocolates was founded by the Esteves family in Carabobo, Venezuela. As tree-to-bar makers, they use cacao from their own farms and from local producers in the Mantuano and Yaracuy origins. In the past year, they have planted over 60,000 trees, including in Hacienda Luna Clara & La Cocorota. Their name references the cacao belt of our planet, 20 degrees north and 20 degrees south of the equator, the only area in the world where cacao can grow.
