Originally from Vancouver, Glen and his wife Helen moved their family to Invermere with the spirit of entrepreneurship coursing through their veins. “We wanted to create something that would employ people and contribute to the valley,” says Glen. At their chocolate shop, they capture the essence of wild through the purest process — an inspiration that is derived from the wild around us. They like to keep it simple: just cocoa beans and sugar. They know where, how, and when their cocoa beans were picked, and by whom. They've been on the ground, shaken the hands of the farmers, and seen their operations first-hand. The origin can be traced, all of which are from organic, sustainable farms from some of the world’s greatest cacao-producing countries.
